My name is Andrew MacFarlane, proprietor of MacFarlane Handyman Services.
I started this business after putting much thought into what is missing in the modern day service industry.
With all the innovations technological and otherwise that have happened over the last decade,
there appears to be something missing. Personal contact has taken a back seat to speed and convenience,
and I see that as a glaring error. My business was designed to bring control back to the consumer.
Where a large company may tell you that you need more done than you do,
or where that same company may say that you will have to wait weeks, if not months...
I have a different philosophy.
My years of hands-on experience have shown me that the most important aspect of a successful business
is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
And from this idea, MacFarlane Handyman Services was born. I am the old-fashioned Jack-of-all-trades.
